Call 22660000 to register complaints.
An unique number will be provided with each complaint for tracking and compliance. You need to provide your details for follow-up.
Nature of Complaints for Redressal by BBMP are:

Kindly visit our post on Kaggadasapura Forum http://kaggadasapura.com/forum/index.php?topic=77.0 and you will find the details to apply for Voters ID at Kaggadasapura. You can visit BBMP Office at Jeevan Bhima Nagar to submit your Form 6 and collect your Voter ID at Government Primary School Kaggadasapura (09 Aug 2009 to 11 Aug 2009) if you come under CV Raman Nagar Constituency. If you come under KR Puram Constituency you have to visit BBMP Office at KR Puram to submit your Form 6 and get the Voter ID card at SCT College on 05 Aug 2009.

The road in our are has been dug for almost 1KM to lay a water pipe between two of his houses.
The road has been laid recently just 6 months ago. This fellow want to have a water pipe between two of his houses which are 1KM apart. Without permission of Corporation he has dug the road to an extent of 1KM and laid the water pipe.
Moreover, three days have of Diwali weekend has been hell for we public staying in the area as they are using some mechanical digger which is producing unbearable noise.
Could somebody take up this issue because now its him tomorrow somebody else will dig it to lay electricity connection.
THE ROAD HAS BEEN DUG for ALMOST 1 KM and NO CORPORATION EMPLOYEE HAS NOTICED IT !!!!!!!

Respected Sir,
I am residing at No.223A, Vth Main, Talacauvery Nagar, Bangalore-3, Khatha No.268 coming under Mahadevapura BBMP.
At site No.222 Vth Main Talacauverynagar, Vibhothipura Bangalore coming under Mahadevapura BBMP. started new construction. The owner is visiting only in the night times and could not ascertain his name and address. Neither the workers or Engineer present ready to show approved plan.
Now I wish to BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY IS VIOLATING BUILDING LAWS. THERE IS NO PASSAGE OR COMPOUND BUT FULL MOULDING IS BEING PLANNED TO PUT UP.
IN THAT CASE NATURAL LIGHT AND VENTILATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO MY BUILDING.
TREAT THIS AS A COMPLAINT AND INITIATE ACTION
ANY CHARGES TO BE PAID TOWARDS THIS SERVICE IT WILL MET PAID AS DIRECTED

Saw your complaint that you posted on our website. This site only gives you information on where to lodge your BBMP complaints. You cannot lodge your complaint to BBMP here. To lodge your complaint with BBMP kindly visit the following site http://www.spandana.kar.nic.in and register your complaint. This site is maintained by BBMP and they will update the actions taken on your complaint by SMS.

I think spandana.kar.nic.in is put to deep slumber like KUMBAKARNA on curracy noted EVEN AFTER COMPLAINT IS LODGED construction is going on unabated GOD ONLY SHOULD PROVIDE NATURAL LIGHT AND VENTILATION DIRECTLY FROM THE SKYS I should thank BBMP commissioner who has given me an opportunity to pray God when I am in distress.

No complaint in spandana nor through this web site is having any effect. It is used as a weapon to shut the mouth of the complainant. No officials are bothered what shut you make here. I think the mouth, ear and eyes of the commissioner is blind folded who does not see the expressions written here. why all of you waste u r time?

To whom so ever it may concern,
From the day the owner of site No.223, Vth Main, Talacauverynagar, Vibhothipura, Bangalore 37 starting violating building laws I am making several complaints has a neighbour who was deprived of natural light and air besides encroachment in to my compound wall.
I have received many phone calls from you but you seems to be involved in this racket of encouraging violation of building bye laws. As a eyewash one of your Engineer had visited the spot after shedding crocodile tears he seems to be main player in punishing the complainant rather than doing his duty.
I HOPE I CAN TAKE THIS AS PERMISSION FOR ME ALSO TO GO AHEAD TO DEMOLISH THE PRESENT RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AND REBUILD A NEW RESIDENTIAL HOUSE WITH OUT LEAVING AND SETBACK ON ALL SIDE AND UTILIZE 1200 SQ.FT. AREA.

Respected Sir,
I am living at the above address from last 7 years. During that period the drainage system provided by the planners of this layout was working right.Around 2004 – 05 at site No. 79 one person named Smt.SINDU S Satpaul, had built a dwelling house. While making construction the said owner has ENCROACHED public convenience system like DRAINAGE and sewage outlet and constructed her house.
During that period because of low discharge of waste water the trouble not aggravated.
Now many residential houses have come up in and around site no.77 & site4 No79.
The continued blocking of drainage by the said site owner (No.79)
is causing considerable damage to MY PERSONAL HEALTH AND ALSO MY family members apart from other residents. because of the NAUGHTY NATURE of that lady the residents are complaining to me as i am holding the position of PRESIDENT, Talacauvery Niveshigala Shemabrudhi Sangha, (Regd).
Now the said matter is brought to the notice Sri.Muniappa, AEE,BBMP office, Vibhithipura main road, Sri.Panduranga, AWE, BBPM,
Vibhothipura Main Road,
Now presently a sanction is made by BBMP to renovate drainage system in that area of the layout. But said owner of Site no.79 not only causing obstruction to GOVERNMENT WORK but threatens whoever intend to work there with provocative language and also ugly exposure scenes of her physique and at present WORK IS AT LOGGERHEADS.
I as the PRESIDENT OF THE SAID SANGHA and also in my personal capacity look forwards for BBMP to get work done at IIIrd cross Talacauverynagar, Bangalore 37 at the earliest otherwise I HAVE PUT PROCEED TO FILE A PUBLIC INTEREST PETITION HOLDING RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH HAZARD TO ME OR TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS APART FROM ANY COMPLAINT FROM RESIDENTS OF THIS LAYOUT

I am residing at No: 6, 19th A Cross of Egipura, Bangalore. The sanitary lines on 19th A Cross of Egipura, Bangalore has been clogged due to blockage. Complaint has been registered with the local bwssb authorities, the clearing of the clogging remains standstill. It is prevailed on the authorities to take up the work to clear the drain swiftly as the residential passage roads in egipura are very small in width and will cause health hazard to the people residing as well as to the surrounding
PLEASE TAKE UP THE WORK ON PRIORITY

Dear BBMP Personnels,
This to bring to your kind notice that we are very unhappy with your services, the whole idea why this body is formed is to serve the public but what if you yourself are turning into a public nuisance.
This is with regard to an apartment called Aishwarya Resedency,2nd Main,3rd Cross,GM palaya, Beml Gate In, New Tippasandra P.O, Bangalore-560075 which was built way back in 2000 and the plot was sanctioned in 1994 under BDA limits.The construction after several external barriers had started and after several litigations from a third party called Krishna Murthy with his Money and Political Approach who has a special interest in increasing our agony & unwanted interferences, Finally the construction was over and all the 40 flats were sold to the needy public, but tomorrow on 22nd Feb the BBMP have decided to Demolish this Appartment along with police protection & with a court order.
Is it fair on your part to keep quite & sleep for so many years and now Wake up and take up an action when there are families living in it, people have given their hard earned savings into it,For your information Not always money,Power & contacts can rule the situation as you think and as citizens we have all the rights to expose your wrong doings into the lime light,how long will you overshadow your own mistakes and to save yourselves crucify poor families. Today only 40families are crying & raising voices for their homes but tomorrow it will be 80 or even more then what will you do, not always you can play like puppets in others hands and remember not always you can save yourselves from such nasty doings.
If you people have some Humanity Left in you please don’t let this demolish-en happen, it is a humble request, plea or begging from a citizen of this country, please save our lives & our homes we have no where else to go, we would rather die on that land but wont let this happen and you will be held responsible for it.

Dear Sir,
I have Lodged two complaints of laying Sweage & water pipes in front of our main door to spandana.kar.nic.in but i did not get any SMS to track the complaint nor any of the officials of BBMP and Bwssb Have turned up. In fact I had send two Emails to chairman@bwssb.org and pro@bwssb.org dated 28/02/2011 & 10/03/2011 regarding laying of pipes which leaks and couses lot of inconvinence to me and my tenents, when requested to the nighbours to repair or shift their connection to the other part of their house, they use abusive language and show musel power
Please can any one suggest me what step I have to take to overcome this problem. As is says in BWSSB the action will be take within 42 hours but nothing seems to happed

Sir, — The stray dog menace has become acute on the 2nd Cross, Sarvabhouma Nagar, Bannergatta Road, Behind HSBC, Bangalore -76. Residents are having sleepless nights because of the dogs. The canines also pose a threat to several children in the locality. The BBMP authorities should immediately send a dog-catching squad to the area.

The residents of HSR Sector -6, complained to commissioner , BBMP, about opening a KIDSZEE ( A PRE School ) at 493,16-A-Cross, Sector-6, HSR Layout.This is a residential area with a 40 feet road in front of school. Lot of cars come and block the road. Children in the so called school will be crying all the time. I am the neighbour, dont know how to live. I should get ready to migrate to some other area or ready to face long sleep less nights. The school has no authorisation of any kind from BBMP or DDPI or any body. The school fellow says that no permission of any kind required to open pre school. In that small congested building so many children are stuffed and made to weep all the time. Can the authorities show mercy on me ( a senior citizen ) and small kids.

Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that the Garbage collecting van for our layout is creating a nuisance while refusing to collect household garbage giving flimsy and irreasonable excuses. Prima facie, it seems he believes that he is empowered / qualified to classify / segregate waste. Latest being a false and wrongful excuse that ”commercial” garbage cannot be collected by him.
The very reason I’m wish to file this complaint is because, TODAY, it has come to the extent of him shouting upon my maid across the road in another language in a verbally-abusive tone when she went to give the garbage, then the man indecently throws back the garbage in the middle of the road and arrogantly refuses to collect our household garbage. This kind of behaviour with us and women in our locality shall NOT be further tolerated.
The corporation / authorities must understand that it is highly likely that WOMEN would be disposing household garbage and brief / tell the garbage collectors to behave politely with them.
Also, I want to know, that though Solid Waste Management Cess has been collected for my property, what authorises the garbage collector to refuse to collect the minimal(whatever kind it may be) garbage that the 4 members of my family could altogether generate???

I am living at No 12, Keerthanam , 2nd Cross , Santhosh Nagar ( R.V.Nagar) opp to Muneeswara Layout Arch , Attur , Yelahanka New Town , Banglaore – 560 106 is facing severe problem of drainage .
Drainage is severely blocked and we are facing hell a lot of problem due to stinging smell , Mosquitoes . Our life has become horrible and neither BBMP nor BWSSB is taking any action even after repeated reminders . Both BBMP & BWSSB are blaming each other. Please kindly look into it immedialtely .

I am a resident of 1st ‘B’ Main Road L.N.Colony Yeshwanthpur. I regret to inform the nuisance created by stray dogs in our locality.It has become very difficult to move out of the house during night and early mornings. The moment we step out of the house early morning ample number of street dogs chase as. It has becme difficult for my son to go to his tutions early morning.

We are unable to go for walk and take a car/vehicel outside in our area.There are more than 7-8 dogs.It will attack people, children,car and vehicle driving peoples in our area.

I am a resident of Thimmareddy layout, 2nd Cross.
The road in 2nd cross and 1st cross is filled with red mud for quite a long time. (I think this is done lay the tar/cement road).
But due to rains in the recent days, the road became very slippery. People with children come there to visit children’s doctor. They are finding it extremely difficult to reach the place. Also vehicles are getting struck in that road some times.

Dear sir,
I am facing sewage water problem in frount of my house 35, Royal Shelters, Near water Tank, Devarachikkana Halli, Bommanahalli area, Ward No. 175. The underground sewage pipelines are blocked mud over a peiod of time and due to this, the dirty sewage water flows out from the man holes causing bad smells and thereby creating health hazards.The overflowing swwage water comes out ringht in frount of the house and flows on the roads and falls into storm water drains on both sides of road. We are suffering to enter inside house and come out. This problem has aggregated for the pasr two months after L&T central drainage work has been undertaken. We have complained BBMP , BWSSB and corporator several times. They had sent lorry for clearing the blockage which helped temporarilly to small extent only. We fear that the above blockage will stop outlet from house there by causing sewage overflow inside my house itself. Considering our problems, we hereby request you to provide an immediate solution at the earliest. We also request you kindly arrage a permanent solutions as soon as possible.

I have launched a complain in BBMP Mahadevapura,but no one took action
near Gangamma temple,behind DRDO 2nd phase ,muni reddy layout
there will be 3-5 water tankers standing in the road ,disrupting trafic, sucking water, illegal use of power ,daily 30-40 tankes daily , i have launched complaint in Mahadevapura bbmp, but no one responded,
why can’t gove take over the borewell and distribute water to all poor in the area ,so atleast poor can drink free water instead of purchase
i will launch a hunger strike in front of bbmp mahadevapura from sep1st ,

Dear Sir,
There is a storm water drain passing through two sides of our factory compound situated at 340B,9th Cross, 4th Main, 4th Phase,Peenya Indl Area, BANGALORE-58.This Drain is permanently blocked because of the silt mud and garbage accumulated in the drain.the drain is not cleaned since a very long time. Last year some silt was removed from the corner of our compound using JCB. But the silt so removed almost one year back is still lying on the sides of the road(9th Cross).The entire Drain is full of Mud,Silt and garbage and therefore water does not flow.Whenever there is heavy rain, the drain overflows and dirty water enters our compound. In the last weeks heavy rain our compound was logged with 2.5 Ft height of water in the rear side of the compound.Our DG Set was damaged. Portuinatly No Materials were damaged because our basement is of 3Ft Height in the rear portion.In the front portion (On 9th Cross)also road side drains are blocked completely because of the mud and garbage.all the garbage from Rajgopal Nagar is flowing throug this road(not through drain)and enters our compound throug main gate. This has caused considerable hazards to our People and Property.
We shall give you further clarifications and explanations as required to the engineers, if they call up on us to do so. Kindly do the needful to solve this problem permanently as soon as possible.

This is regarding the dogs in B. Narayanapura near ITI layout Doorvaninagar post near cable bridge. There a re more than 30 street dog in the night in the main road. Its very difficult for two wheelers to ride in night as the dogs are behind the bike to bite them. Even the street light are not there in the main road since one week.
Please some one from BBMP take some action for the same, as u can save accidents and life of people

I am staying at Udayanagar near KR Puram Station (Landmark Madonna English Medium School) for the past 2 years. We have a major probelms of street dogs. They are so dangerous that we cannot step out of our house after 9 in the night. The whole street is empty. They are in large numbers and we are very scared to come out in the night. It is beacome a nightmare to stay in this area. There are frequent complains of dog bites in this area. There’re 40 dogs in this densely populated area and are a menace to everyone (especially kids). There’re a few who bark furiously at and chase motorists (especially people on motorbikes at night after 8PM) causing accidents.
The BBPM needs to do someting else this will alreat into a mojore tragedy. The street dogs have made our life miserable. PLEASE HELP US AND TAKE THESE STARY DOGS OUT OF OUR AREA. HELP NEEDED.
