There is a Bike point near Keerti Riveria, owned by Arun. I strongly warn all of you to NOT take your 2wheeler to him. I gave him my bike for minor service for which he fooled me for some engine repair and charged my Rs 3000/-. I didn’t find any improvement in performance though!
Please avoid, he is a cheat!

I agree with Amit. Name of the service center is Speed motors. He makes you fool by charging 3-4 times price of actual spare parts. Please stay away from him.

I got my bike serviced today at Ramaraj Garage. It was a good experience. He poured engine oil in bike in front of me and put new oil filter. Charges were also reasonable. Good place for guys working in Bagmane Tech park.

I got my bike serviced at Top Gear(near railway cross) for the third time. He takes good care of bikes. Price for service is 350 bucks and for engine oil, filter and other parts which you are required to pay the MRP. i usually bring my own engine oil(better option). they may charge about 50 bucks extra when compared to others but their work will satisfy you.

Being regular to TOP GEAR was no use to me. I got my bike serviced tow or three times there, it was all good until this problem occurred in my bike’s camshaft. I went to this guy, and asked him what are the parts i need to install, he made a long list and calculated the bill amount excluding labor, upto 4500 bucks. I was shocked at this and came back. Consulted some other mechanics in the area.
One of them (ADITYA’S GARRAGE, MALLESH PALYA) told me all the same stuff for less than 3000 bucks. I took a list of all the parts from him, bought it myself in the spare parts shop in 19th cross.and total bill amount including labor was 2700 bucks(SAVED ALMOST 2000 bucks). He did a decent job. Told me to come back anytime if there is any problem.
Please consult two or three mechanics before you do any major repair. Consult spare part dealers regarding prices. take a list of spare parts from mechanic and buy them yourself. Saving money and controlling prices is in our hands.

Hi,
I am also having the bad experience when i given the bike to TopGear(near rail;way cross). When i given the service, he tested the bike and given the long list of spare parts and infront me he called some person and asking for the price, he billed the amount as 6000Rs for my TVS Fiero. I really shocked to see that list. But i kept the belief on that person and given the bike for servicing. he promised me to give my bike in one week time, so i agreed.
But after that he started showing his real character, he opened the entire bike parts and kept it as such almost 4 days, when ever i ask him about the time he says tomorrow he will give. after 2 weeks he returned the bike, with out finishing his job, the bike wiring he removed it is all over the place. after his service, to bring my bike in running condition i struggled a lot.
really he is a cheat. before returning the bike to me he charged extra 1000 rs saying that as labor charges.
so my dear friends my honest suggestion please avoid that Top GEAR service station.

Most of All mechanics are same though, Top Gear near kaggadasapura railway crossing mechanic shiva is the mechanic to whom you should never try, if ualready gave ur vehicle just take it back as it is.. he will make u run 100 times and waste your time and fool you nicely, rob money from you and send you home. He is not at all the best mechanic in bangalore for your bike. Be careful.

Hi,
I too had a bad time with Top Gear. I went to shiva for second time. He charges min 850 for oiling, regular servicing and washing. This time he swapped some genuine parts in my bike with older ones. so after receiving my bike, everything worked for 2 days. later flasher, speed meter cable, indicator lamps are totally spoiled. Later from other mechanic’s inspection, I came to know I was cheated and charged hefty for used/dummy items. so becarefule with shiva.

I had given my TVS apache RTR 160 for repair at top gear. Delayed delivery. Now the bike has more problems. TVS century motors is another disaster. Gave for electrical checkup for the bike and the now my bike battery is down. Not sure which one to go.
