Everyone invests their hard earned money on their dream house or flat. So it is very important to consider many things before making the big decision of investing on a flat or house. Which builder ? is one such issue to decide upon. With internet it has become more easy to express our views and share knowledge with others. In Bangalore Chitrakut builders, Vars and Gopalan builders seem to be good and deliver as promised. We need response from those who have purchased flats from them and also names of other good builders missing in this list.

Frontline builders are very big cheaters. We didnt get cheated but we contacted them for houses and they showed the house which has already been purchased by someone else. Be very carefull with Frontline builders. You will get more information on the builders who cheat like this in the internet. You can search in google for “Guinine Builders in Bangalore”, to get a plenty of such information.

Dear All,
All those who would want to purchase a flat in kagadasapura area, my advise is not to approach Frontline builders which was operating out of 6th cross earlier. I think now their office has been CLOSED. They were/are Number one Frauds that i have come across in bangalore. Please be beware of a guy called SUMANTH the proprietor. Once you are trapped in his hands, its difficult to come out of it there by losing most of your money. He is an uncouthed fellow and acts like a goonda even though looks like a hindi film hero.

Front line builders closed there shops and started in some different names now. The same guy is runnnig massage parlours too now

Hi all,
Thanks for all those who are behind maintaining this site. Very very useful. We bought a flat in 2007 from Chitrakut builders (Chitrakut Scion) and till date no issues. The build quality is good and dealings have been very professional. They became little pricy these days, but it is still worth buying a flat from Chitrakut.
