For people boarding the bus from Ulsoor, where is the bus stop at Ulsoor? Many people told that the bus stop is at Vijaya Bank, but I waited for hours there without a bus. Then, it was one person who told that the bus stop has shifted after the metro work is complete (the bus goes straight and doesnt turn now). But still, no trace of the Ulsoor bus stop, especially for 314 series of buses. Even local people have no clue about this.

My questions on bus routes.
is there a BMTC service from
kaggadasapura to Marthahalli or whitefield or atleast to touch HAL airport road – my ans a big NO
Kaggadasapura to K.R. Puram or Old Madras Road – my ans is big NO
There should be a services to these areas. Many people would get benefited and people stop using their vehicles and depend on public transport

no buses from kaggadasapura to majestic in the morning. a great problem for the students. Bus no 314B has been removed. Can BMTC Look into this problem ?

Mr senthil the route 505A has timings the same as 201R with the first bus at 730 and has a frequency of about 20 mins between each bus .
And mr sunil the 314B from phase 2 of 720 has been replaced wit 314E at 735 . Hope you all find this info useful

314 N, goes from Vignan nagar to Shivajinagar and it is available twice in a hr, but frequency is once in 2 hrs. Morning 8.15 and 8.45 are direct buses and then only again at 10.15….Evening it starts at 6.30 from Shivajinagar and then at 8 from Vignan nagar. My observation confirms that all buses to Majestic, KR Market, Shivajinagar are between 8AM to 9AM from Vignan nagar. We have also have same from GM Palya, same time.

Require a bus from Kaggadasapura to
(a) Old Airport Road &
(b) Old Madras Road
This shall be a great benefit to all residents and many inhabitants shall reduce personal vehical usage – if made available at regular intervals. This shall reduce traffic snarls also.
Introduce as a sample and see the benefit to believe.

It will be better if some of these 201 volvo buses cn be extended upto DRDO 2nd Phase, as most of the commuters depend on rikshaws, walk or take another bus upto C V Raman Nagar. Also I think the service of 314B volvo to Kempegowda Bus Stn is stopped.

Hi,
I agree that these information do help the residents of Kaggadasapura. But how far these information is correct and dependable is a big question.
As a commuter by BMTC i have experienced the following difficulties,rather irregularities in the service of the buses.
1. You have mentioned that the bus no 314X/D comes to Abbaiah Reddy layout. For your kind information I have fought many times with the conductor and driver of this bus to come to Abbaiah Reddy Layout in the evenings, but in vain. Only the morning 2 trips this bus comes to Abbaiah Reddy Layout, that also if they wish to , which fact you can confirm with the vendors / shop keepers there.
Not only this Bus, other buses via C V Raman Nagar also sometimes terminate the services after 7 o’ clock till CV Raman Nagar because of the narrow road, heavy traffic and the closed railway gate.
2. Once the Metro train started we thought our difficulties are solved. But unfortunately it is all the more doubled. It will take only 10-12 minutes to travel 7 km by Metro but to reach from Kaggadaspura to Byappanahalli -hardly 3 1/2 km we don’t have any buses to the station. Not only that we are at the mercy of the auto drivers who charge anything between Rs.50 to Rs.70/- according to the time and urgency. We don’t need any special buses but normal route buses alternately plying through the Metro route- via Old Madras Road to their normal destination- as in the case of old 309 (market bus route)between with 15 minutes frequency at peak time between 8 am to 10 am and 6 pm to 8 pm and Jeevan Bimanagar route.
3. Another fact about the Kaggadaspura Road traffic is that the so called educated IT people residing here don’t have any civic sense / social responsibility that they park their vehicles on either sides of the congested Road. We have to introduce parking rules to de-congest these roads.
I do not want to get into any argument/ discussion as far as these points are concerned- just wanted to highlight the difficulties.

Can we all report the issue of parking on both sides of Kaggadasapura main road on Bangalore Traffic Police facebook page? Issues reported there are getting immediate response and actions.

It is difficult to walk in the foot path of kagadassapura main road. All shops keep their name board on the footpath (Medical shop, hair cutting, meat, etc etc.) and near to railway gate all cycle rapair will be done on footpath+road. Can anyone sugget how can it be resolved ??? where to complant ??

There are no direct buses from Abbaiah Reddy Layout to Bagmane Tech Park. You have to reach the Bus Stop near 19th Cross Kaggadasapura and take 314, 314A, 314B or 309 to reach Bagmane Tech Park.

Could anyone post the updated list of buses from kaggadasapura and also the bus stops(4th cross, c.v.raman nagar bus stand, mallesh-palya etc) ?
Is there any plans by KRWA to take up talks with MLA here to arrange for buses from kaggadasapura to tin-factory? because most office goers to ITPL/SARJAPUR/E-CITY face huge difficulty in reaching offices via public transport. There seems to be absolutely no way which would take less than 2 hours and 30 mins of alk at least ,if we miss office bus. Please do the needful
It would also be good if metro-central can be called up and MF services for kaggadasapura can be requested. MF-7 which used to cater to this area has been stopped and re-routed. I called metro-central, but since it was individual call, response was just luke-warm.
