work quality at smart has come down. it was good while it started few years ago.but for the last two times there was no satisfaction in their job.

They are very smart in cheating people
This is bring to notice of bad experience i had with one of Maruti Service center in bangalore (“SMART CARS “) Kaggadasapura.
I had given my vehicle SWIFT VXI for replacing the damaged bumper and right side fendor.
When i went to take back my vehicle to my utter disappointment i found that the music sytesm (JVC tocuh screen model) which i got from outside is not working.Seems like that they realy “cleaned” my music system too when they did the water wash.
This happened nearly two weeks back. Yesterday i got a call from one of the supervisor named “Jagadeesh” informing me that they will give the system back with all the fault and Rs 7000 as compensation.
They delivered the system yesterday and today asked me to come to the office to collect Rs. 7000. Again they are trying to cheat me by giving Rs 7000..
its not the amount of 1000 but their attitude is what is really irritating.
They feels like that no one can do anything to them regarding this . i have already raised a complaint to maruti against this dishonest cheating service center.
Atleast other s can think twice about going to them after reading this.
These kind fo service center is bringing very bad name to the Maruti brand

We used the services from Mobile Car Wash services of MobiCarspa.com and was very good. very useful for kaggadsapura residents
