Dear All,
If you are looking for house to take rent/lease in Kaggadaspura. Beware of GOWRAMMA. These guys having lot houses. If you are going to take their house beware. You can check with any of resident in Gowramma. Below are difficulties
1. If your parents are coming to house then issue.
2. Forget about ADVANCE!. You never get.
3. The way they talk : oh god. We both are working in MNC’s not able to bare.
4. When they are giving house they will treat you like anything don’t TRUST. Make sure that everything on paper. I would say avoid.
5. If use water more then again raises problem.
6. If there is pregnent/any issue they are wont vacate house then she will tell Vacate house or increases rent by 50%.
7. You should not switch on lights after 12:00 AM. She keeps on watching you.
8. If you want to hire maid then maid should not work in their house. As well maid should take permission from owner. First no maid will come.
