   well i just want to inquire regarding non volvo buses from bangalore to goa need to know the fare, arrival time and departure time and the contact list

   There are 2 non volvo KSRTC buses (Rajahamsa Executive) to Panaji, Goa (via Hubli) from Bangalore at 15:30 hrs and 17:00 hrs everyday. Adult Fare is Rs.490 and Child Fare is Rs.245 per head.

   There are 2 Rajahamsa Executive KSRTC buses to Bangalore from Goa at 15:30 hrs and 16:50 hrs, 1 Luxury Panaji bus at 16:35 hrs everyday. Adult Fare is Rs.520 and Child Fare Rs.260 per head in Rajahamsa Executive. Adult Fare & Child Fare are Rs.520 per head in Luxury Panaji.

   You can reserve your tickets at any of the KSRTC Reservation Counters in Bangalore or reserve online at http://www.ksrtc.in/.

   Hi Arshad,

   There are only two Volvo Airavata buses from Bangalore to Coimbatore daily at 20:30 and 22:45 hrs. They do not go via Mysore, but go via Salem. The 20:30 bus goes to Palghat via Coimbatore while the 22:45 bus goes upto Coimbatore.

    Hai Shankaraiah,
    From Kempa Gowda Bus Stand (Majestic) there are many buses to Chikkballapur. You may have to take another bus from there to Gudibanda. I could not find any direct KSRTC bus from Bangalore to Gudibanda. Gudibanda is just 93 kms from Bangalore. So it should not take more than 3 hours to reach there.

    Radhakrishnan,
    The road map shows that the next place after Chitoor is Ranipet on NH4 while going from Bangalore to Chennai via Chitoor. So, definitely all buses going to Chennai in this route should cross Ranipet. Even if you go via Hosur, Krishnagiri route it seems to join at Ranipet towards Chennai.

    Hai Mr Jambulingam,

    Sorry that I missed to answer your previous query. Senior Citizen Concession is allowed in KSRTC buses in Rajahamsa and below class of services. So you can avail the concession to Coimbatore or Ooty on Rajahamsa buses if you are a senior citizen.

    In KSRTC Volvo buses Senior Citizen Concession is not allowed.

    There are Airavatha (Volvo) Buses to Ooty during day and Night times. Since the Bandipura Forest area is closed during night times, the Ooty bound buses take a long route (Via) Chamarajanagar-Sathyamangala-Mettupalayam. The KSRTC is operating the Bangalore-Ooty during day & afternoon times. Kerala RTC is operating Bangalore-Munnar (Via) Mysore-Kozhikode Super Deluxe Bus at 1545 Hours from Satellite Bus Station & Karnataka RTC is operating Bangalore-Munnar (Via) Coimbatore-Udumalpet Rajahamsa Deluxe Bus at 2030 Hours.

    Yes, what your friend said is right. If you want to catch a Tamil Nadu ordinary bus to Tiruannamalai it is better to go to Silk Board. If you want to be sure of a seat in the bus then you have to go to Mysore Road Satellite Bus Stand terminus at Bangalore.

    KSRTC Airawath Volvo Bus is available at 8:30 am daily from Shantinagar Bus Stand. Online booking is available for KSRTC Volvo. There are many Karnataka Sarige Buses plying to Tiruvannamalai daily as you can see from the above KSRTC Timetable.     There is only one Airavat Volvo AC bus from Bangalore to Kodaikanal at KSRTC. The bus leaves Shantinagar Bus Stand at 9:45 pm everyday. Journey time is nearly 10 hours.     Hai Kumar,

    There are two KSRTC buses from Pudukottai to Bangalore.
    At 8:00 pm everyday Rajahamsa Executive Bus starts from Pudukottai to Bangalore. Adult fare for the journey is Rs.280. There is one more KSRTC Bus (Airavat Volvo AC) which starts at Karaikudi and passes through Pudukottai. This bus departs from Pudukottai at 8:45 pm everyday and its Adult fare is Rs.480.

    There are many KSRTC buses connecting Coimbatore and Mysore. Karnataka Sarige Express buses from Coimbatore to Mysore depart at the following timings:
    00:45 am, 04:30 am, 05:30 am, 06:25 am, 07:30 am, 08:00 am, 09:05 am, 11:30 am, 01:15 pm, 03:00 pm, 03:30 pm, 03:45 pm, 06:30 pm, 07:00 pm, 09:00 pm, 09:30 pm, 10:00 pm, 10:30 pm and 11:43 pm. Adult Bus Fare is Rs.102.
    There are four Airavat Volvo AC buses also from Coimbatore to Mysore daily at the following timings at Coimbatore:

     KSRTC Bus timings from Bangalore to Thiruvannamalai are given in the above post. Karnataka Vaibhav bus starts at Mysore Road Satellite bus station at 10:30 pm and go via Shantinagar BMTC Bus stand at 11:00 pm. Journey time is nearly 4 and half hours. Cost of adult ticket is Rs.152 in Karnataka Vaibhav. Seats are available now. I think it will be difficult if you carry luggage as mostly the buses on short routes will not have luggage area on the side of the bus.

     You can take 8:30 am Volvo AC bus on 29th Jan to Chennai. Adult fare will be Rs.448. You will reach around 4:00 pm. Bus will go via Hosur. Volvo buses to Chennai via Chitoor are mostly during late hours and not in the morning hours. If you have to reach by 5 pm and timing is very important better take 6:30 am Volvo AC bus on the same day so that you have enough time to reach your venue on time.
