   Hello,

   I know one Mr Sathya (9972456010). I got in touch with him after he made a complete bedroom wardrobe for my friend’s home in 6th cross. His work is pretty impressive. I then got two nice book shelves with glass doors and rose wood finish done. I have now got my kitchen remodeled – furnished on the exterior with stainless steel baskets on the interior. I am pretty happy with his job till now….His charges very reasonable indeed.

   Pro : Listens to our choice and design ideas. Also gives us ample scope to choose materials, colors and designs. Also shows the bills. [I have had bad experiences earlier with carpenters cheating with materials]

   Con : A little slow if I can say [I rather ignore this attribute for the neat work]. He does not know English. He knows Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Telegu.

    Hi,
    After reading ramana comments, I gave my kitchen carpentry work to Sathya. I have done some racks, closed doors for kitchen racks and some repair work. I also felt very happy on his attitude and work.

    What ever the work i gave him, he has done a great job. Good thing is he tries to repair the root cause of the problem rather than doing the patch work. This made me very happy.

    He is polite, responsible.

    hello all,

    I am badly looking around for good carpenters with reasonable rates..
    i called up the once above and found they are quoting really high.

    can anyone please help me with the general per sqft charges/ rate per sqft list of reasonable carpenters from above listing..

    plz help me out..

    Herez the latest –

    Chaina – not in kgpura anymore now serves mainly Vartur area

    C shekar – not a valid no

    Satya – switched off for like ever!!!

    Raju – his no is out of service

    Bholanath – ringing but no answer

    Suresh – not serving kgpura any more.

    The only one that seems to be working is Kannan – that too I will know by tomo.

    Hai Raiden,

    Kannan is available at Kaggadasapura and his shop is on Kaggadasapura Main Road. Most of the carpenters have been recommended by our residents as you might have seen on the comments above.

    I recomend Sathya, he has done a neat and clean work for my wardrobes.

    He is very reasonable and listens to your requirements patiently and then suggests the best possible solutions to your needs.

    You can contact Mr Kutty’s tile shop which is just opposite to Shanthi Foodline in Kaggadasapura Main Road, Vignan Nagar. He has persons who do tile work.
