He doesn’t do any work, other than doing marketing. All work done by one experienced labour and many chota boys. Even that experienced labour doesn’t do good finishing.

The most important thing is, he will say one dead line, but won’t even finish 20% of work by that time. He takes many projects same time and doesn’t employ many workers. Same workers would be used here and there. Don’t be surprised labours doing some work at your home and taking them to other house.

We friends, 5 members, given him work at same layout. He didn’t finish any of us work even after 1 year. He takes one work from Marththalli, one from Bansankari, one from Hebbal. But same labours are sent to every where in rotational basis. His labours are employed for monthly salary. So as long as he can drag work, and takes more assignments, he can keep them engaged.

He will start the work on the date he promised and do the quick works very fast, then will go to some other house. This way he locks you down. And you can’t either continue or stop the work.

Also, even if you paid him money today, next day he will come and demand more money. He won’t even understand what ever you say. If you don’t give money whenever he demands he will stop the work.

I lost at least one lakh by giving the wood work to him. My home is half wood work done, half not done.

Please take this advice otherwise you will suffer as we are suffering. He committed to do mesh work at home, took money to buy wood and other work he has done at home. That wood he got the frames done and left it like that. It lying st my home from past 2 months. Finally we had to call another mesh guy and payed separately but that frame wood is still kept and he don’t come even we calla him to do the remaining work.

Remember people, don’t go for “Bholanath Samantha”. I will ask my other friend to comment here about their experience with this person. We are really helpless don’t know what to do. Finally thinking of going to police.

You may contact Mr Sudama (painter) to get your flat painted. I got my clinic painted by him and he did the job very well and his rates are very reasonable. Actually, I got my clinic painted twice within a week but was not satisfied. One of my friends who has an independent house got his house painted by him. He recommended Mr Sudama to me. Could any one tell me how much they are asking for /sq.ft for doing wooden works like modular kitchen, wardrobe, living room shelf.. I am looking for good carpenter (obviously @ reasonable price) to do our new house wooden works..

You can contact Mr Kutty’s tile shop which is just opposite to Shanthi Foodline in Kaggadasapura Main Road, Vignan Nagar. He has persons who do tile work.

He is very reasonable and listens to your requirements patiently and then suggests the best possible solutions to your needs.

Kannan is available at Kaggadasapura and his shop is on Kaggadasapura Main Road. Most of the carpenters have been recommended by our residents as you might have seen on the comments above.

Chaina – not in kgpura anymore now serves mainly Vartur area

Satya – switched off for like ever!!!

Raju – his no is out of service

Bholanath – ringing but no answer

Suresh – not serving kgpura any more.

The only one that seems to be working is Kannan – that too I will know by tomo.
