We had a bad experience with them about 2 years back. They stole an expensive dinner set - which they did not load in the vehicle's back with the rest of the goods - and probably stored in the drivers' cabin and did not get unloaded! Also their behavior was extremely bad, and packing was done poorly and unprofessionally. We did use the services of Calcutta Packers & Movers - they were/are probably official carriers for Britannia. They were extremely professional and worthy of every paisa spent. Very well behaved. Unfortunately, we do not have their contacts to circulate in this forum. Please avoid Lead Packers & Movers.
