Letter will be sent to Commissioner of Police Office located at #1, Infantry Road, Bangalore (Near Indian Express Building) Phone Nos: 080-22260707 & 080-22942215. It is better to take the letter by Hand, submit the same and collect the certificate which states that your vehicle is not involved in any theft or accident, from Commissioner of Police Office and submit to RTO Office. You will get your NOC maximum within a week of giving the Clearance Certificate from the Police.
When are the exams conducted at RTO KR Puram for Driving License ?
Exams are conducted on all Wednesdays and Saturdays at KR Puram RTO Office for issuing Learner License. For issuing Driving License, driving tests are conducted on Fridays.

I need to pay my road tax as i have moved from another state. Can i pay my road tax at K R puram RTO.

If you stay in Kaggadasapura then definitely you can go and pay your road tax at KR Puram RTO.

Can someone tell me what is the total amount of Life Time Road Tax payable in Karnataka – for my 2-wheeler Yamaha 100 which was purchased in West Bengal, in the year 1991 – has a WB Regn No. The actual purchase invoice is lost – however, I had paid some 38000 odd, to buy it new.
