   Any feedback on NCFE,Malleshpalaya…Their fees is very high..43000 for montessori and 40000 for Kindergarten..not sure about the quality of education…

   Any feedback is highly appreciated

   NCFE is a local common school. Have received mixed reviews about the education. The montessori teachers are good though not very advisable for higher standards. Suggest you do a google. There are enough comments on this school from the parents on various sites.

   Have also recently come across presidency school in Kasturinagar which seems good. Its a new school but part of an old institution. Just for knowledge.

   NCFE SCHOOL HAS INCREASED THE FEES AT EXORBITANT WAY. WITH RECESSION ROUND THE CORNER WHAT MESSAGE IS BEING PASSED BY THIS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. IT IS ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF EXPLOITATION IN THE NAME OF CHILD EDUCATION. IT IS BECOMING HARD FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE TO SURVIVE AND EDUCATE THEIR CHILDREN IN A DECENT SCHOOL. PRAYING THAT THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT TAKE SOME MEASURES TO CURB THIS EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL BY SOME SCHOOLS.

    I found Mother Montessori at DRDO Phase II (near Railway Gate) Kaggadasapura to be very clean and hygienic. The child to care taker ratio is also good. I have planned to put my son there very soon. Visit few day care centres at Kaggadasapura and you will know what I mean.

    The contact numbers of Mother Montessori are 080-28533264, 9886330264, 9916839126. It is a very clean and hygienic daycare and montessori school. Sunshine Kids in 8th Cross, Happy Days in 12th Cross (actually it is diagonally opp to Sunshine Kids) accept babies of less than a year. You may also enquire other daycare centers in Kaggadasapura.     I thought it will be relevant here to mention:

    There is a shop near SCT college where you can buy all kinds of stationary for school and college student (basic stationary like color, pencil, sharper as well charts, sheets, hand-made paper, compass pen-drive, blank CD, games CD etc etc). So try there, it is a one-stop shop for all stationary and gift items.

    Geethanjali was great one year ago. But they have increased the number of sections just to pool in money and I am sure there r no enough teachers…….So obviously the quality of teaching has come down.

    More over they just say exercise 4,5,6,7 for home work on monday and they continue 8,9,10,11 for tuesday. so if we only teach our kids at home! why shd we pay money?

    Regarding this if you try to contact the principal they will never give you the appointmet. Bcoz they are always busy collecting money from new admissions.

    No school day, nop extracurricular activities and no proper transport.
    The road leading to the school from the railway crossing is the most worst road I have ever seen in my life. Go by car shock absorbers have to be changed, go by 2 wheeler, your hands will pain balancing,go by auto rick you’ll get back pain. School management is not even bothered to take some action regarding this.
    I ADVISE NOT TO GO FOR THIS SCHOOL.

    it may be noted that some unscrupulous members (someone called SONI) have been involving themselves with educational institutions in and around Bangalore. These people seem to be acting like kingpins(or brokers) to secure admissions to students in various technical and non-technical institutions.

    Parents are hitherto advised not to entertain such unscrupulous persons like the name mentioned above and in the event of meeting such suspects,Kindly bring it to the notice of the board.

    Hi Nayana,
    Geetanjali Vidhyalaya, National Centre for Excellence (NCFE), Indian Public School – all these schools are at Kaggadasapura or very near Kaggadasapura which have prenursery. You may send your daughter to daycare presently. There are many daycare centres available at Kaggadasapura, just visit few of them and enquire parents about them and chose the right one for your daughter.

    I’ve come across SHISHYA BEML PUBLIC school. Can you share review on this school?
    I came across two websites http://shishyabemlschool.com/ and
    http://www.shishyaschool.com/; surprisingly both give same location but the contact details and the facilities vary.
    The school premises looks impressive. Please let me know if any of you have any details on this school.

    If you are planning to put your kid in LKG, UKG, 1st or 2nd Std, then Indian Public School, vignan nagar may not be an ideal place. Workload for kids is more and teaching/planning is not done in a scientific way. For LKG there used to be around 50-60 rhymes to study. Even though the book mentions it is for LKG & UKG, everything was taught in LKG itself. Hindi starts from LKG itself, even though in many other CBSE school it starts from UKG or higher. In UKG they teaches multiplication at the same time as addition(even before they have come in terms with addition) and students needs to memorize these multiplication tables for exam. Everything is taught at a fast pace. Teachers tell they are going fast as they need to complete everything as per their planner. Kannada starts from 1st Std and taught at a fast pace. IT starts from LKG. Vacations given are very less. School does not close in April, but only in May. It will reopen again in June 2nd week. Also very few days for diwali, christmas vacations (4-5 days). Lots of homework will be there. Basically your kid will not get any time to play, and will not be able to enjoy any vacation. Check the syllabus before you admit your kid to this school. From 1st std onwards there will be exams one after the other. Even though CBSE in general tries to reduce the workload and stress of students, reducing the exams, here it is done exactly in the opposite way

    In my view as a parent,for the last 4 years- Indian public school (CBSE)is doing good in pre primary/primary/secondary education in cbse stream due to following reasons.Transparency in the system(both academic& co curricular plan including holiday schedule is available in website-www.ipsvig.com-live news ,Daily visiting hours to meet both Principal/teachers with or without prior appointment ,Comparitively moderate fee structure with concession as per annual in come of parent,consistancy in board result(X cbse),Speedy response for suggestions from parent etc

    good Samaritan public school is very good. principle, vice principle, and all class teacher is very good they speak nicely with everybody. there teaching method is very good. friendly atmosphere is there nursery to till 10th std. icic and state syllabubs . 100% result is there.
